HULO Global Limited wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website and our products. This statement applies to huloglobal.com. Our hosted products (PayrollOS and the Vendure plugin admin interfaces) have their own accessibility work and we describe their status below.
1. How accessible this website is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. On this website you should be able to:
- zoom to 400% without content overlapping or requiring horizontal scrolling;
- navigate every page and form using only a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content;
- use a screen reader: pages have a logical heading structure, landmarks, labelled form fields, descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images;
- read text with sufficient colour contrast, and use the site with reduced motion enabled;
- complete the contact and job-application forms with error messages announced and linked to the fields concerned.
The site is built without a JavaScript framework on the client, so it works with JavaScript disabled except for the spam-protection step on forms, which needs JavaScript. If you cannot use it, email us instead; the addresses are on each form.
2. Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working on them:
- The spam-protection widget on forms is provided by a third party and we cannot fully control its accessibility.
- Some PDF documents we publish (for example plugin manuals exported from documentation) may not be fully tagged for screen readers. The same content is available as HTML pages.
- Embedded third-party content (for example videos or maps) may not meet the same standard as our own pages.
3. Our products
PayrollOS is built with keyboard navigation, screen-reader labelling and contrast in mind and we test it with screen readers and keyboard-only use as part of release checks. Known issues are tracked in the product changelog.
Vendure plugin admin interfaces run inside the Vendure admin UI and inherit its accessibility characteristics. Our own screens follow the same component library and conventions.

4. Feedback and contact

5. Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in Great Britain. If you are not happy with how we respond to a complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
6. How we test
We review new pages and components against WCAG 2.2 AA using automated checks in the browser, manual keyboard testing and screen-reader spot checks before release. This statement was prepared on 16 September 2026 and is reviewed when the site changes substantially and at least once a year.
