  1. Application review

    We read every application ourselves and reply to everyone, whatever the outcome.

  2. Intro call

    A 30-minute video call about the role, your background and what you are looking for.

  3. Technical conversation

    A working session with two engineers on a realistic problem from our codebase. No whiteboard puzzles and nothing to prepare in advance.

  4. Meet the team

    A relaxed conversation with the people you would work with day to day, and a chance to ask us anything.

  5. Offer

    A written offer with salary, start date and terms. We aim to move from application to offer in under three weeks.
